Looking Southwest

Off in the distance was a glacier formation of some sorts. Whether a mountain range with the tops cut off I wasn't sure, but it went along ways before it abruptly ended right there.
This also shows the contrast in the amount rain between here and the drought areas further west.
It was a beautiful day at this point before I got into Mandan. Later the weather that was following me caught up and overtook me.
In the library where I had stopped, looking out the window I noticed a guy checking out my motorbike, he came in and started to give me the whole list of every site in the state that I needed to see. It got to a point that I was trying to get away and I was beginning to wonder about his intentions. You only need to see Easy Rider once to know how vulnerable you are on a motorcycle.
